The standard that everyone sets is actually the perfect goal weight. My doctor actually told me that for me to get down to within my BMI weight...that I would have to be a professional athlete...exercising hours each day. Possible? Yes...likely?? No! I wanted to be 145 because that is what I weighed when I got married (at 20). Then I realized after 5 kids, that was highly unlikely to happen, and reset my ideas to 168ish.
