I've been fighting myself trying to get back on the exercise and track daily bandwagon. And this has been going on for about 2-3 months now! [Sigh] Don't beat yourself up too much. You'll figure it out. :)Laurahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11075273010146674296noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-587408959976072541.post-71831954245942104912010-09-08T01:34:54.437-05:002010-09-08T01:34:54.437-05:00Lori, you know the path is hard, so keep fighting!...Lori, you know the path is hard, so keep fighting! You've come a long way, so you know you can do it! I know you can do it!

I'm passing on an award (ignore the cupcakes!) :)
http://georgiabe.wordpress.com/2010/09/07/happy-101/Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-587408959976072541.post-86871672821737589932010-09-07T21:01:14.374-05:002010-09-07T21:01:14.374-05:00Sweet Lori, big hugs, my friend. You've come so far.

I think most people absentmindedly eat, at least sometimes. It's a normal thing. We just have to pay close attention when we're trying to lose weight, and that goes for anyone. Grazing and nibbling are hard habits to break, and there are times when we're more distracted than others. And, girlfriend, don't get me started on fresh baked bread!! Everyone on the planet knows it's one of the most delicious aromas known to man... Hot with melted butter... Good grief! That one is hard for anyone! You did great walking away after only one slice. Well done!! :D

You can do it, Lori! :D Hop back on and focus. I bet you lose those few pounds in two days.

Love, GracieGracehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01184481526082748332noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-587408959976072541.post-30368995942917330132010-09-07T17:53:55.630-05:002010-09-07T17:53:55.630-05:00I have mindlessly eaten way too much in my life. I am just so tired of fighting, fighting, fighting and feeling as if I'm getting nowhere because I know I can easily undo a month's worth of fighting in two days.

I think for me something deeper than the number of calories I eat each day is going to have to change.Sharonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09408463925646609263noreply@blogger.com
