I knew you always commented on my blog that you were also struggling, but you are cool as a cucumber on your blog. I figured you were just being nice! :) You are doing the right thing by facing it, talking about it, and thinking about what is gonna work for you. Trial and error is all you can do until you find the right recipe. I wasn't observant enough to notice your ticker, btw. LOL (((hugs))) You are gonna do great, no matter what you decide will work for you!The Skinny on Stacihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16629215581187785926noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-587408959976072541.post-87632293158982734762012-06-26T20:52:44.715-05:002012-06-26T20:52:44.715-05:00i dont track calories i track carbs cause it's...i dont track calories i track carbs cause it's much simpler to me, honestly i avoid anything white, bread, potatoes, rice, pasta. i'm glad you shared darlin and i wish there was a quick simple fix. i will say get the calorie king guide to carbs, calories and fat. it's like $9 but it lists most raw ingredients as well as thousands of prepackaged items and resturant meals. eat this not that can also be an eye opener. sending prayers darlin! dont lose hope and channel that anger into something poitive for you! xoxoxoxoxotimothyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17691698860583917228noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-587408959976072541.post-87249622682197560752012-06-26T18:18:53.371-05:002012-06-26T18:18:53.371-05:00Sorry to hear you have been struggling. Think about what worked for you when things were going well and try to re-implement those things. Remind yourself of how you can feel when you are on track and why you want this. You can do it!!!!Karenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15086719828916510651noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-587408959976072541.post-22356647822361116622012-06-26T18:13:34.714-05:002012-06-26T18:13:34.714-05:00I'm not much of a tracker, either. You can do this. Chose a plan that you can live with (for life!), and stick to it. You've got a great track record and know that it's do-able.Tishhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01039903741028922963noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-587408959976072541.post-17375114051011690632012-06-26T12:53:54.906-05:002012-06-26T12:53:54.906-05:00Good job being on target for your mileage goal!

Definitely trying to rid that pest from my head and move forward again!

Your bravery is to be commended. Admitting you've gained weight back is not easy. Such bravery may very well lead to other acts of bravery, e.g. eating well, exercising. Stay brave!

-Patrick
http://responsibility199.wordpress.com/Patrickhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11534171345610201608noreply@blogger.com
