What? and What!

 Today I've had two great big surprises.  I don't know what to make of them and any advise in either area is greatly appreciated.

Yesterday after a letter perfect eating day, the scales jumped two pounds this morning.  65MD was so surprised that he made me weigh again in front of him.  We both agreed it had to be water and would drop back down soon enough.  We were together all day so he knows what I ate as well as I do.  Of course, he lost weight.  Strange things like this have happened to me all along this journey so I'm not that upset about it.  I'd prefer that it not happen, but it does.  I just have to be strong and keep doing what I know to be right.

The bigger and much more distressing "WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" is that somehow my blog, this blog, has subscribed to porn.  I nearly fell out of my chair when I called up my reading list.  I was assaulted with picture after picture of things I did not want to see.  I have no idea how that happened.  I did nothing different yesterday than I do every other time I post or read.  I've changed my account password.  I've heard that helps but I don't know how.  Any suggestions?

I don't think the porn is where any one can see it but me.  If anyone logged on to read my latest diatribe on losing weight, and saw that stuff, I apologize.

    Yes I've heard that changing the password helps. Someone tried to take over a very old yahoo e-mail account of mine last week! Quickly deleted.
    As far as the weigh in that usually happens to me when my sodium is up or I haven't drank enough water?

  3. How's your eating? Are you keeping your carbs lower , say below 100 or the level that causes you to loose consistently? Guys loose differently, IMO. Cheer him on but don't compare.

    I've been following a Whole30. Still learning what foods are optimal and breaking some evening snacking habits.

    Good luck and keep your food choices clean and your carbs in the loose zone.

  4. oh no to both! I have my weight fluctuate a whole lot day to day usually- especially after the weekend. I looked into it a bit and a lot of it is just normal ups and downs but it can be accentuated by not drinking enough water- something I'm totally guilty of.

  5. That is so strange, Lori, and I don't understand. After 2 perfect days, I jumped 0.5 which was just a smack in the face. As far as the porn, better that than food porn! Haha, kidding! No clue how to help with either issue, but ((((hugs)))) - and I mean that in a non-porn sort of way! ROFL

  6. wow that IS an oops! on both counts i did not see any porn (of course now i'm gonna look for it) lmao mayhaps i'd have just thought WOW NOW THAT"S AN INTERESTING WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT! lolol of course anyone who knows you would IMMEDIATELY know you'd been hacked. hopefully changing the password will fix that quandry!as for the 2 pounds it'll drop off quickly it happens to all of us! xoxoxoxo
