This morning the scale read 179.4. My food plan for today is much the same as yesterday, so I'm anticipating another successful day.
Thanks for all of the sweet comments, and the award! The support means so much. It really does, it brought a tear to my eye. No one said anything ugly, no one said that I was a fraud, or confirmed any of those negative thoughts I was having. I really do appreciate it.

ReplyDeleteDON'T THINK THAT EVER!!! I have a “pick your poison” pick out a treat or a glass/cup of your favorite beverage. For half or what you eat/drink you can think the crappy I’m not good enough thoughts, but for the other half you can only think positive (or you can’t eat/drink it!). By then end of the treat you’ve gotten it out of your system and can go on about the day in a better frame of mind!
