Just a quick bit of humor. I have lost 90 lbs and I am wearing a girdle! How funny is that? I'm not trying to appear thinner, I'm just trying to hold all that loose skin in place. I can laugh since I know it is only temporary.

Where in the world did you even FIND a girdle?? I've been quiet, but have been reading. Very interesting observations on the perfectionism and where it came from. I'll be interested to hear your thoughts as they progress. I know exactly where mine came from, but it's too involved to get into in a comment. Maybe when we finally get to meet!!!
